Gated 3BD+Office/flex bedroom, Sleeps 8, HTD Pool, Rooftop, 2 Blks to Malecon
Newly constructed 2400 square foot townhouse built in 2023, on two levels plus a rooftop patio with fire-pit and La Paz Bay sunset views. Accommodations feature 3 large bedrooms, all with en-suites. The primary bedroom includes a large soaker tub as well as a shower and double sinks. There is a large private office on the second level with a very cozy twin sofa bed and pull out trundle, dual work stations are equipped with monitors, printer and high speed internet.
A whole house water purification system and an under-sink RO unit in the kitchen ensures healthy drinking water and bathing. This townhouse has a 10,000 liter water storage tank ensuring no shortage of water.
Fully equipped with custom made high end furnishings, high quality bed and bath linens and textiles. Bedrooms have custom blackout draperies ensuring a good nights sleep. Fully equipped kitchen with quality dinnerware, stemware, bake-ware, cookware, utensils and cutlery.
This property is secure with gated entry and electronic front door lock-set and deadbolt.
There is one free "EXCLUSIVE PARKING" area on the street of Calle Revolución de 1910. Parking is NOT AVAILABLE inside the gated area.
The backyard pool and patio area is equipped with an outdoor shower, one large cantilever umbrella, 2 smaller umbrellas, 4 high quality pool loungers, patio dining table and chairs and built in barbecue area. Accent lighting throughout the garden area. Pool is heated through the winter months. Pool and garden service is provided weekly.
Casa Luna is located in a traditional Mexican community in Esterito, with a mix of modern homes and older traditional dwellings, with very friendly neighbors.
From the gated property, it is a 2 block walk to the Malecon of La Paz, one of the longest in all of Mexico. Great for roller blading, walks or a morning jog. A bike path runs the length of the Malecon and beyond. A breathtakingly beautiful vista view can be had by bike or walk on the Malecon. You are in the heart of many famous restaurants and shopping. A food market, coffee shops, and eateries are a short walk away.
Many great beaches and islands to explore with service providers right on the beach minutes away. Your host can assist with any recommendations and is at your service 24 hours a day. Your host will meet you onsite for a casa orientation and check-in.
You are a 25 minute drive from the La Paz airport, and Taxi or UBER is at your service. PLEASE NOTE: You can NOT take UBER from La Paz Airport but you can take UBER to the Airport.
If you are traveling from Cabo San Lucas, your host can recommend the best alternatives to get you safely to La Paz. Transit time is about 2.5 hours.
