Please conserve water. In the desert we only receive water from the city every 2 days. If you run out of water during your stay you will need to wait until the follow day for the cisterns to refill or you can purchase a truck of water for 1600 pesos.
1. No Parties or Events
The property is strictly for relaxing stays only. Loud gatherings, parties, or events are not permitted. If there is a party - you be asked to leave the premises and the remainder of your stay is not refundable.

2. Only Registered Guests Allowed
For security and community rules, only guests on the reservation may enter the property unless prior approval is given.

3. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM to respect our neighbors.

4. Pool Safety
• No glass around the pool.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• No diving or running on wet surfaces.

5. No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is not allowed inside the home. A 4,000 peso fee applies if smoke is detected. Outdoor smoking is fine in designated areas.

6. Respect the Home
Please keep the space tidy, treat furniture with care, and report any damage immediately so we can address it quickly.

7. Use AC Responsibly
Please turn off AC when leaving the house to avoid overuse and city power issues.

8. Pets (If Allowed)
• Pets are not permitted on furniture.
• Pets must be taken off the property for bathroom breaks.
• Owners are responsible for any pet-related damage.
