This 95 sqm | 1,022 sq ft condo at Puerta de Ilusion complex has incredible ocean views, perfect for watching a colorful sunset. The development includes a rooftop swimming pool so you don’t miss your daily workout. Plus, you’ll be situated close to the famous sights and attractions in La Paz, grocery stores, convenience stores, shopping, and more! - Step out onto your refreshing PRIVATE BALCONY with a table and chairs, not to mention amazing views! It’s a fantastic place to breathe in fresh air to start your day or wind down in the evening with a cocktail and a spectacular sunset!

- The KITCHEN is equipped with the most important essentials to prepare a meal at home, great if you are on a budget or follow a special diet. There’s a BREAKFAST BAR with 2 stools so that you can keep the cook company

Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).

The elevator in the building is out of service until further notice.

Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.

Please note that the neighboring property behind the building has 8 dogs, which may occasionally be heard from the property.

Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear.

Please note that the pool is not heated.

We invite all our guests to help us care for this precious asset, following these recommendations:
- Close the faucet while you wash your dishes
- Turn off the faucet while brushing your teeth or lathering your hands
- Take shorter baths/showers & turn off the faucet when lathering
- If you use the washing machine, please wash only when you have a full load

We appreciate your support and understanding & must remind you that the property has water tanks and a full cistern upon delivery of the property. If it is necessary to refill the water, it will be the guest's responsibility.

Wi-Fi, TVs, bed linens, bath towels, and some essentials are provided free for guests during your stay.

The TVs are equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available.

We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels.

Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at check out.

There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like to arrange for the place to be cleaned during your stay, it can be arranged at an additional charge.

Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in to be paid in cash to our local team.
Please turn off all fans, AC devices, and lights. A default will be a $20.00 USD fine.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.

Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.

To ensure full transparency, we want to let you know that the upkeep of common areas is managed by the complex administration. While we strive to provide an excellent experience, the condition of these areas is beyond our control. By sharing this in advance, we aim to keep your expectations aligned and maintain the high standards we are committed to.

Please note that you may hear dogs barking during your stay, as some neighboring homes have dogs.

As a precaution, please do not lock the interior doors, as we do not have keys to open them if needed. If locked, we would need to call a locksmith and guests would be responsible for covering the fees.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property. First, note that the residential area is a guard gated. You’ll need to drive to the visitor’s gate to get checked in by the guard and then continue to the condo building. All the access information and codes if needed will be sent to you within 24 hours of your arrival.

La Paz Condo

This is a great condo! Perfect location for a walk into town for dinner and great view from the pool deck. We had the pool to ourselves until the weekend when a few more guests arrived. The beds were a little firm for my taste and it could use some water glasses, but I would stay again anytime !

Awesome location.

This place was perfect for our stay in La Paz. Clean, comfortable, close to the Malecon and amenities. Rooftop pool is an amazing bonus offering great views. Note: no oven, in case that’s something you need. Everything else was perfect for our stay.

Great place

Ideal location, and the shared roof deck is wonderful. The apartment is spacious with everything you need. Pool is not very large but had great views. Some nighttime noise, but typical for an urban area. We loved La Paz and would stay here again. Property management is organized and responsive.

Stay was ok

The property management company was great at responding and the location was great, however across the street were 8 dogs that barked day and night and made it difficult to sleep in the master bedroom as they were so loud. The power also went out for a day while we’re there and the air conditioning in the mater bedroom leaked over the bed. The property management company was quick to respond but it started leaking again. Overall great location but the dogs across the street never stopped barking making it difficult to sleep.

Great location. Apartment was well used and more worn than the photos but still totally acceptable. Pros: - Location was great - Spacious apartment with great rooftop area and great deck with ocean view. - Parking was secure. - Very quick responses from the property managers. - Easy check in. Cons: - The apartment was overall clean but the floor was quite dirty and I had to mop it (we had an infant with us who was crawling and she became filthy). - No dishclothes - Apartment sleeps 4 but there were only 2 chairs on the deck - Dryer didn’t work properly. The worst part of our stay was no fault of the owners but was very disruptive - the neighbours had a yard of 5+ dogs that barked at all hours of the night and made it very difficult to sleep. We understand the owners have no control over this but we would not return to this accommodation again for this reason and would not have booked it had we known.

Angel hosts communion was top notch - they responded immediately whenever I had a question. Perfect location just off the Malecón. Probably one of the best rooftop views around.

Great location

Fantastic location to explore LaPaz. Ocean view, walking distance to all the best sites, bars and restaurants. Clean, well stocked and usable condo. 2 good sized rooms, solid kitchen and great showers. Rooftop pool and lounge chairs were beautiful and peaceful. Communication, check in process and check out were easy, timely and well organized. Highly recommend this for a small family or a few couples.

Condo complex was very quiet, however, dogs barking across the street almost 24 hours a day. Used white noise machine and ear plugs to block out barking. Beds are very comfortable and ac is great. Wonderful place to stay. Recommend renting a vehicle as it’s safe to travel and lots to see and do😊
