Palma Suites is a modern building featuring a total of 8 fully equipped units designed for comfort and convenience. The property includes 6 one-bedroom suites and 2 two-bedroom suites, offering a total of 10 king-size beds and 8 sofa beds/futons.



The Space:

Each suite features a king-size bed, a sofa bed, a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, Smart TV, high-speed internet (200 Mbps), and a workspace, ideal for remote work or extended stays.

Guest Access:

Guests at Palma Suites have access to all shared areas and amenities within the property, including a refreshing community pool, a secure gated parking area for up to six regular-size vehicles, and outdoor patio spaces ideal for relaxing or socializing. Housekeeping service upon request keeps each suite fresh, and high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Beach gear, such as chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler, is available upon request with a valid ID and refundable deposit. Concierge assistance is also available for local recommendations, tours, and transportation.



Housekeeping: for stays of 4 nights or longer, we offer one complimentary light housekeeping service (hotel-style). If you would like to schedule it, please let us know at least one day in advance. Service is available between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Additional housekeeping services are available for $25 USD (or $400 MXN) per service.

Palma Suites is ideally located for exploring La Paz on foot, with cafés, restaurants, and the Malecón just a short walk away. For longer trips, guests can use Uber, Didi, or the local app InDriver, or rent a car to visit nearby beaches and attractions at their own pace.



The property offers gated parking for up to six regular-size vehicles and one additional space outside. Guests are kindly asked to inform us in advance how many cars will be arriving to ensure availability. Please take into account vehicle size and park only in the designated spaces to allow easy access for everyone.

The property consists of eight independent suites that share common areas such as the pool and parking. Guests are asked to respect quiet hours and community rules to maintain a pleasant experience for everyone.

Once your booking is confirmed and before your arrival, you will receive a registration link from our secure guest verification platform, SafeGuest, either by email or message. This quick registration helps us have everything ready for your check-in and ensures a smooth arrival experience. As part of the process, you'll also be asked to either place a security deposit hold or choose the damage protection insurance option. Please rest assured that this is a completely secure process, and any information you provide is used solely for your reservation and registration.
