The Space:

Situated within the Rosales Condominium complex, this contemporary condo boasts an excellent location just a short distance from the Malecón and the picturesque shoreline, merely four blocks away! Adorned with earth tones complemented by gentle pops of color, the condo basks in abundant natural light, creating a space that is both calming and energizing. To ensure your comfort, the living room and each bedroom have an air conditioning unit to keep you cool during summer.

Take advantage of the inviting communal pool, perfect for refreshing dips between beach excursions, and indulge in the rooftop lounge area. From this elevated vantage point, savor the crisp morning breeze while sipping on a steaming cup of coffee, or unwind after a day at the beach with a delightful cocktail or refreshing mocktail. Other Things to Note:

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).



We invite all our guests to help us care for this precious asset, following these recommendations:

- Close the faucet while you wash your dishes

- Turn off the faucet while brushing your teeth or lathering your hands

- Take shorter baths/showers & turn off the faucet when lathering



The TVs are equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available.



If the remote control to the gate is lost or damaged, there’s a replacement fee of $115 USD.



Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.



Please note there’s ongoing construction happening nearby. You’re likely to hear construction noise during working hours; Monday through Saturday, from 8am to 6pm.



Guests must climb stairs.



We provide some complimentary essentials upon arrival (Just note that these are not replenished.): cooking basics, toilet paper, soap, and shampoo. Please note if you lose any bath towels, the cost to replace each is $20 USD.



Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.



At the moment, there are neighbouring residents who own pets, so you might hear some barking during your stay. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



HOUSE RULES:

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.

- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.



Please note that you may hear dogs barking during your stay, as some neighboring homes have dogs.



As a precaution, please do not lock the interior doors, as we do not have keys to open them if needed. If locked, we would need to call a locksmith and guests would be responsible for covering the fees.



Interaction with Guests:

You’ll have complete privacy in the condo during your stay. Should you need anything, please let us know. We’re available 7 days a week.
