Ideally located near Cormier Beach in La Plaine-sur-Mer, our house is the perfect place to enjoy a wonderful vacation by the sea.

The house features a large living room with an open kitchen that opens directly onto the wooden deck and garden. Small, private garden in a quiet neighborhood. Awning, lounge chair, patio furniture, and barbecue.

A very functional family home that can accommodate up to 10 people thanks to its 5 bedrooms, arranged as follows:
On the 2nd floor
- a master suite with a 180x200 bed, closet, sink, shower, and separate toilet. From the French-style terrace, you can catch a glimpse of the sea 😉
On the first floor
- a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a closet, sink, and shower
- a bedroom with a 140x190 loft bed for children ages 8 to 12, plus space underneath to fit a 140x190 rollaway bed or travel crib
- one bedroom with an 80x200 bed that converts to a 160x200 bed
- a bedroom with two 80x140 beds, featuring a shower and sink connected to the bedroom above
Another bathroom on the landing with a double sink, bathtub, shower + separate toilet
On the first floor
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, induction cooktop, toaster…).
Dining table that doubles as a pool table. Board games, darts. Television

In the laundry room, you’ll find: vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Fenced-in yard secured by an electric gate with space for 2 cars + 2 cars on the street in front of the house.

- Bed linens and towels not provided (available for rent at an additional cost of €15 per bed)
- Pillows and comforters provided
- Wi-Fi access
- One dog allowed for an additional €4 per day, subject to conditions
- Non-smoking home
- Optional end-of-stay cleaning fee of 180€
- Mandatory security deposit of 1,200€
- Reservation contract must be in the guest’s name for each booking.
A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days before the start of your stay.
The tourist tax is added to the rental amount and must be paid on the day of your arrival according to the rate set by the municipality.
- Parties and noise disturbances are prohibited
