“Nothing was unique about the property, but its consistency always meets our expectations for brief travel layovers. Staff was very good and appreciate the opportunity for breakfast on site.”

“97 degrees outside. The A/C in my room did not work properly. Sweating all night as it would not cool my room. All I got at the front desk the next morning was, “Sorry.” Will find a different place to stay on my trip out west next summer! :(”

“The room was fine. The hallways and elevator are dirty. The room didn't have a TV remote, I had to ask for one. The hotel has no cable The TV only has antenna channels. They have nothing but water and coffee for breakfast. I will not stay here again. There are multiple people hanging outside and by the front lobby like homeless people.”

“A pretty interesting stay. Expedia said check in was at 3, but when we arrived, a clearly posted sign said check in was 4. There was no one in the lobby and I had to press a button to ring for them. The man at the counter was nice enough, but he needed to go check to make sure our room was cleaned. We waited close to 10 minutes in the lobby before he returned. There was no A/C in the lobby and there were dehumidifiers running in the halls. When we checked in I was not asked for ID or a credit...

“We had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to take our pets out. The property is located in a nice, quiet area, which made for a relaxing visit. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Very clan and friendly staff”

“So they gave us the wrong room. It was supposed to be a 2 bed room for 4 people and we got 1 bed and a couch that was covered in who knows what. Then a/c unit cover was laying on the ground and the unit was frozen over. The toilet was broken there was no microwave. The carpets were sticky. And we were charged $250 for this disgusting place that should be shut down!!!!”

“Our shower dispenser was broken. The shampoo , lotion and conditioner wouldn’t stay in the dispenser.”

“The hotel stay was overall acceptable, but the room felt quite outdated and could really benefit from a refresh. The furnishings and decor appeared worn, and the carpet looked old and not as clean as it should have been, which affected the overall impression of the room. Updating the room and replacing or deep-cleaning the carpet would go a long way toward improving the guest experience. The staff was pleasant, but the condition of the room did not meet expectations.”

“The elevators were down so had to take luggage up to 4th floor. The stairwells are not air conditioned and the 4th floor smelled like cooked cabbage. Opened the room and it smelled like dirty bedding. The staff was all VERY friendly. No gluten free safe food options.”
