“No hot water. Hole in the bathroom ceiling. Dismantled smoke detector above the bed. The people above us were fighting from 12pm until 3am. Called office 3 times to ask them to do something about the noise. They didn't do anything. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL”

“Good hotel for the price, my room was huge with a king size bed. The ac worked great in my room, got cold, which I was surprised because of the size of the room! Only thing was, it was on heat when I got in the room, don’t know why, I would think the ac would be on and the room would be nice and cool when you walked in since they know your coming.”

“This was a last-minute booking & overall it worked out well for what we needed. The room had all the basic amenities, but nothing extra or standout beyond that. The bed was comfortable & check-in was quick & easy, which we appreciated. Parking was also very convenient - we were able to park right in front of our room. “The room and bathroom were clean except for a few pieces of trash under the lamp table. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room we stayed in could use a little freshening up, especially the bathroom, but it wasn't terrible and they are doing some remodeling so that's a good sign. I would stay here again.”

“Staff is always attentive and accommodating to my needs. The facility is dated but rooms always clean and bed comfortable. As a single woman, I'm always given a room close to the office which makes me feel safe. Price is very fair for the accommodation. I recommend it for an overnight stay.”

“Although it says resort it is actually a man camp. Towels smelled like mildew and office was closed when I was going to ask for replacements. We didn't get much sleep due to the loud noises and arguing outside. We will not return.”

“We made a reservation around 9 PM on Saturday the 22nd and it was accepted and booked for that night. We made the reservation through Expedia. We arrived at the Wintergarden Inn in Crystal City TX around 10 PM. The office was closed so we called the Inn's after hours phone number but no one answered.
