“Pool was dirty, staff weren’t friendly, room was dated and the plumbing smelled. We ended up leaving early. We would not recommend this resort. ”

“Esperienza nel complesso buona, tipico motel americano. Peccato la ferrovia che passa vicino. I treni oltre al rumore, fan tremare la stanza (in quella in cui eravamo noi perlomeno). Ma eravamo troppo stanchi che siamo riusciti comunque a dormire. ”

“We were initially assigned to an unclean room, but they moved us to a new one after we raised the issue. The staff were friendly and responsive—when we pointed out a double charge, they corrected it quickly. The facility is affordable and in a great location.”

“The hotel (or motel) was really nice and even allowed us to check in two hours early, which gave me time to prepare for the Coachella event. The air conditioner was a bit loud, but after a fun night out, it didn’t bother me much. We did see a cockroach in the bathroom, which might be due to the ground floor location—understandable, but I hope that can be improved in the future. The best part is the location—it’s super close to the Coachella venue with no traffic issues, and I loved how...

“The restaurant was the only disappointing part of our stay. Everything else, especially the customer service, was excellent. That said, the property itself feels a bit outdated for the price.”

“As a last minute it was ok, the employees were a little disorganized. The staff can probably work on their serving skills, the pool employees messed up orders couple of times and forgot our order. One of the bar employee ms who was a little older was drunk. ”
