The historic center, Via del Prione and Corso Cavour are within walking distance too.

La Spezia Centrale provides convenient regional train connections to the five famous villages. Approximate journey times:
• Riomaggiore: 10 minutes

• Monterosso al Mare: 20–25 minutes
Trains make it possible to visit several villages without searching for parking. Services, fares and travel times vary; check current timetables before departure.

INTERNAL COURTYARD – Public paid parking spaces inside the building's courtyard, regulated like municipal on-street parking. These spaces are not private or reserved for guests; local payment rules and availability apply.
COVERED & VIDEO-MONITORED PARKING – A paid public covered parking facility near La Spezia Centrale, approximately 1 minute on foot from the apartment. A practical alternative if you prefer covered parking.
SURROUNDING STREETS – Additional paid public on-street spaces are available nearby, subject to signs and local regulations.
Parking is not included in the accommodation price, and no space is guaranteed. Rates, opening hours and availability are set by the relevant operators or municipality. Once parked, you can visit the Cinque Terre by train without moving your car each day.

La Spezia Centrale is about 2 minutes away on foot. Nearby bus stops provide connections across the city and towards destinations such as Portovenere, Lerici and San Terenzo. Routes and departure times vary, so check the current schedules.
A coin-operated laundromat is approximately 10 meters from the building entrance. There is no washing machine inside the apartment.

Independent luggage storage facilities are also available around the station, with their own prices and opening hours.
