“Everything was just right and beautiful. The view is worth it even if the cottage was not so well appointed making one feel welcome. I have been visiting Mentone for many years and this has been one of the memorable times. So grateful for the hosts making this property very special. ”

“Location is close enough to be able to drive to downtown Chattanooga within just a few minutes, but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with as much noise or parking nightmare. As a family of seven, getting accommodations at a hotel is usually a logistical and financial nightmare. This place was perfect for us! House had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Owner was quick to respond to questions and communicated very well. Highly recommended ”

“Our stay was a business leadership team retreat. The house was very comfortable for our group of 10. We could all gather around the kitchen table to work and really enjoyed the outdoor space for down time. Kitchen was well-stocked so we could easily prepare all of our meals without going out. We loved the charm of an older home that has been well-maintained with nice decor. We also loved that there were so many things to do - relax in the pool/spa, putting green, games, ping pong table, and much...

“I stay overnight with a friend and our two dogs. The place is quaint, full or character, absolutely adorable!! I loved the accommodations with the two bedrooms in opposite sides, great for privacy, and the backyard is perfect for puppers. Only comment is: wish they had a blender and ice trays! Other than that, I oook forward to staying there again!”

“We were amazed by the Mountain Views! Decor and layout were perfect for an overnight getaway. Owners seem to have thought of everything, including coffee beans, oatmeal and grits! We really enjoyed the expansive sunset and nature sounds at all times of day. This is a perfect place to retreat, rest and reflect! Highly recommend! ”
