“Common areas like the elevator and walkways to the rooms (they are outside) were very dirty. Same empty pizza box was outside of a room for 4 days. Rooms themselves were OK, not great. Was booked for 5 nights. Asked to have the room cleaned, bed made, clean towells...twice. Never got done. AC unit was very loud. Would not stay here again.”

“Personale impreparato a fornire risposte sia per la mancata conoscenza che per la lingua inglese. Solo un ascensore funzionante per un albergo di 6 piani. Stanza un po’ rumorosa in quanto adiacente all’ascensore e mancava isolamento acustico. ”

“So glad we found the Nightshade Inn and Gardens. We just needed a place to stay for one night. It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the snacks in our room, fresh fruit, and pastries for breakfast. Morning coffee was very good.”

“Terribile… arrivati alle 19,30 e ci dicono che la camera è al 7 piano e l’ascensore e’ rotto. Le valige (pesantissime) dobbiamo portarle noi. Mi rifiuto…. Mi cercano un altro albergo a 15 minuti di distanza e riesco ad entrare in camera alle 23….. imbarazzanti. Io volevo riuscire a vedere il centro di Syracuse la sera, invece mi sono visto il parcheggio di un hotel in periferia. Evitate”

“The place was so sketchy, we pulled into the parking lot and turned right back around. It didn’t even look like it was open. Almost no lights on, only one car in the parking lot and two or three people sitting in lawn chairs in the parking lot. We were very uncomfortable with the whole scene so we just went elsewhere and forfeited the $150”

“Room smelled like a men's gym locker room and sweaty dirty socks. Stain on pillow. Smelly pillow. I will not be going back. Carpets in hallways new but old and stained in room. Furniture in bad shape. Was expecting better based on photos and because of a previous stay at Courtyard by Marriott. Totally disappointed!”
