“Friendly staff, clean rooms, plenty food options near by ”

“The man at the desk I believe he was the manager was rude from the beginning, I even asked him if he was upset and his answer was "no." I'm a single mom trying to take my kids to experience different places, but we all were disappointed with the way we were treated. I made a reservation for 5 people, and we didnt receive a blanket for one of us, so I went back downstairs to ask him for one, and he said "we don't have any blankets." Is the entire hotel all book? Can you check in another room?...

“I found bed bugs and there was old food left in the microwave. The windows are plastic, not even glass. They bowed in and out when the windows blew.”
