“The cleanest hotel rooms I have ever seen. Large pool and pool area. Hot tub was great! ”

“The front desk doesn't answer their phone, the door lock on the room was broken and there was something that looked like blood splatter on the floor and curtains. Everything about it was terrible!”

“The breakfast was fresh and had a good variety of food choices. Although we didn't have time to use all that was offered, I was impressed with the Gam Room, Gym and Laundry Room.”

“A comfortable solution with large and welcoming rooms. The hotel was under renovation but this does not cause too much discomfort. Just outside the city center in a great location for a business trip. Unfortunately poor breakfast.”

“Bring your own mop, disinfecting, sanitation stuff back rooms, toilet bowl, cleaners bleach anything related to housekeeping because you are the housekeeper you need to bring your own trash down you need to ask for towel so just bring your whole house and all your cleaning supplies and become a housekeeper there as you stay there”

“Water leaked when the shower was running and we had to stack towels so the whole floor didn’t get soaked. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Loved the balcony”

“The room was very clean. Bed comfortable. Staff very friendly and kind. My tv did not work. The guy at front desk offered to move me to another room. The direct tv box was shot. Young man very kind. But my stuff was already unpacked. Also the whole unit cover on the heater/cooling unit kept falling off. I finally got it to stay. Wasn’t too happy about these things. But I slept well and place was clean. I had my phone to watch Netflix ”

“There was no continental breakfast. There was a sign for a "bagged breakfast from 6 to 9" that we didnt even bother to get. The pool was closed for maintenance. The pool and breakfast was the entire reason we booked this hotel and we got neither. Our kids were very excited to go swimming and were very disappointed that they couldn't. The entire hotel smelled. Our room for 4 people only had 2 towels so my boyfriend went to the front desk to ask for more. The desk attendant was rude and had the...
