Gorgeous Villa Lands with Private Pool

Villa Land is located in Kapelica, a small place which is perfect for relaxing vacation.



This 4-bedroom villa with private pool has a ping pong table, children's playground and an outdoor kitchen. You can dine on one of the lovely terraces next to the pool.

Villa has a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine, so it's suitable for longer vacation.

Every bedroom has its private bathroom.



Villa is suitable for 8 people in total. Baby cot is available in one of the bedrooms.

Wi-fi, air conditioning, heating and parking on site are available for free.



City of Labin is only a 4-minute car drive away. Old Town in Labin, where you can experience local history in one of the museums or galleries, is truly a magical place.

Check some of the old mine models, which are unique in this part of Europe.

Many good restaurants can be found in the Old City, but our personal recommendation is Velo Kafe.

Labin's castle is also a viewpoint with a lovely view on nearby Rabac, Cres Island and Labin's surroundings.



While in Labin, it's a shame not to visit wonderful Rabac, which is only 5 km away.

This charming coastal place has several beaches (Maslinica, Sv. Andrea, Lanterna and Girandella) which are rewarded with a Blue flag because of extremely clean sea.

Rabac is a place where also sport and recreation lovers can enjoy in various activities: aqua park, table tennis, miniature golf, horseback riding, fishing, snorkelling, sailing, rock climbing, valleyball, paintball and many more.
