This small villa is an ideal choice for a pleasant and relaxing holiday on the coast of Istria, not far from the main attractions in Istria, Kvarner, and Gorski Kotar.

The beaches in Rabac, surrounded by crystal-clear water, are known as the most beautiful on the Istrian peninsula. There are four supermarkets, several small shops, many bars and restaurants in Labin and Rabac.

Old Labin, due to its wonderful location on the hill, offers a magnificent view of the neighboring town of Rabac and its beaches and bays.

Founded by the Illyrians, Labin was called Albona by the Romans. When Venice took over the rule of the place in the 15th century, strong fortifications were built, which were supplemented a century later with a round tower.

The main square will delight you with the loggia from the 16th century, as well as the main city gate of Saint Flor. A stroll through Labin leads past the Old Hospital and the Negri Palace and reaches the Chapel of Sv. Karmelske, which also represents the highest point of the place. From a distance, the Battiala-Lazzarini Palace, held in bright red, catches the eye, which today serves as a city museum. Strolling through the city, you will see an old Austrian cannon and discover even more interesting things. Over the decades, the former medieval town has developed into a popular city of artists and galleries.
