“Very nice ”

“The check in experience was fantastic and they drove us to our cabin. Our stay was marred by a subpar bathroom experience. The shower leaked everywhere. The shower stand was wobbly. Yet when I had hotel staff check they made it seem as if this was an issue but they didn't fix. So we had to deal with a sopping wet floor the entire time. Very unpleasant. The picture doesn't quite capture the issue. ”

“The staff were very helpful, but the room was inefficient, the curtain broken, the biggest room has tiny bathroom, hot water was not enough for more than 5 minutes shower, with that enormous room has tiny fireplace, it was very cold, the room keys were not work properly. I was disappointed. ”

“Everything about our stay was fabulous. Highly recommend if you like a quiet hotel that is a quick grab ride from Da Lat market. Beautiful property, very clean, excellent buffet, and comfortable western style bed.”

“My experience at Kim resort was anything but smooth. Hieu and Thuy were great and had I dealt with then from start to finish, i would have likely given this a 5 star rating, but Hong is the reason why this review will only get 3 stars.
