“The hotel is new, modern, and clean; however, my overall experience was extremely disappointing and, at times, I did not feel safe. First, the room had what appeared to be a sewer or drainage issue, causing a strong and unpleasant smell throughout the room. This created significant discomfort and affected the quality of my stay. “La Festa is the best place to stay in the South of Phu Quoc Island where we can enjoy the fireworks every night, we can walk down to the Vuifest night market, we can walk to The cable car station. It's 25 minutes to the airport. Staff is very friendly and helpful, we did ask for early check in and got the room at 12:10pm instead of 3pm. We will definitely come back to La Festa.”
