The small lake was perfect for kayaking and paddle boating or just sitting and being still, watching the fish jump and even perhaps catching a sight of a bald eagle fishing. The kitchen had plenty of space and everything needed for whatever you wanted to prepare. The listing made it sound like it was the whole house however the owners live in an addition to the original house and you share...

“Literally from the time we got out of the car, it felt as if we had arrived to stay the weekend at a long time friends home. After checking in, we were given several recommendations for dinner, then returned back to The Cottage to enjoy conversation, games and a fire with the hosts and other guests. A delcious home cooked breakfast was served to all around a large dining table. It was a very quiet peaceful getaway and just down the road from Ricketts Glen where we hiked the beautiful Falls...
