“The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. ”

“Facility was clean, and staff were friendly and accommodating. The building has a lack of hot water. We had to be moved to another room our second day due to no hot water in the first room and the sink being clogged and not draining. We had the same issue of no hot water and sink not draining in the second room. Spoke with another guest staying there who had the same issue of no hot water in their room.”
