“Upon checking with two young children at 11pm was told our reservation was canceled and we needed to call Expedia they offered no help at all even seeing my two children sleeping. We called Expedia to be told nothing was wrong with our reservation so finally front desk gives us room we go to check in key doesn’t work, come back up still doesn’t work, came back again oh it’s not that room it’s another we knocked on door because we heard people in there We go down again finally front desk comes...

“We liked the fact it was available on a holiday weekend, staff let us check in earlier. It wasn’t the cleanest room. Old looking not updated. Our bathroom sink was left with hair and it was dirty . There was a dirty towel left on the floor. Pretty gross . The bathroom door looked like in the back that someone tried to break it down. It was cracked and it didn’t close right.
