Lets start with the pros: Great location! 5-7 minute walk to Weirs beach, pier, and restaurants. Overall the house was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, plates, cups, etc. The house was very roomy with plenty of space for our family of 5 plus two more adults to sleep.Cons: My daughter found a pair of dirty underwear in her room upon arrival. I emailed breakaway vacation rentals and never heard back. Also, only 2 out of the 4 bedrooms are air conditioned and the downstairs is reliant on a bedroom air conditioner and dining room air conditioner to cool the entire downstairs. While the house is very spacious, the living room is not. There is a small couch and chair and a small tv. For a house that sleeps up to 10, there really wasn't anywhere for everyone to comfortably just hang out.
