Overall, this property met our basic need as a group of six. Unfortunately, the sleeping arrangements were a bit uncomfortable/inconvenient. The movie room was cute but the couch came apart while guests were sleeping on it. The listing says that it sleeps eight but it really could only sleep five comfortably - two in the queen bed and three in the full bed with trundle. The movie room shouldn’t be considered a bedroom due to the couch arrangement. There was an air mattress but there wasn’t really a good place to put it in the house - so we had to put it in the small area between the kitchen/dining area/living room.The kitchen was pretty well-equipped. It was nice that they had a coffee maker and filters. The back yard was spacious with some seating and fire pit. The children liked the hammock.The bathrooms were nice - felt luxurious. Plenty of hot water for the group. Overall, the place was good enough for a couple nights but I don’t know that we would stay here again. There are some issues in the home - like the vent fan in the hall bath doesn’t work, peeling paint, some of the fixtures aren’t secured right. Not anything major but it made the place feel cheap and made me worry we would be held responsible for the issues we found when we arrived. It’s obvious pets (likely cats) have been in the home - damage to the furniture was noted on our arrival.

It is a comfortable cozy house. Lots of little extras that made us feel special, like decoratively folded towels on the beds, little paper flowers on paper towels and board games that have all the pieces. The showers are nice amd although it rained during our stay the backyard looked amazing. We felt safe, warm and dry.

This was a great house. It was nice and spacious and has a great fenced in back yard. The hosts were very nice and accommodating and answered questions quickly. My wife and dogs loved staying here and had plenty of room in the back yard.

Host was great, I notified the host that there was no hair dryer and a new hair dryer delivered within 20 minutes along with some treats for our dogs! Our dogs loved the back yard and so did we! We picked up some wood and had a firepit night. The beds and pillows were comfy as well.Just a few criticisms The neighborhood is not the best, although it was quiet and we had no issues with the neighbors. Also the furniture in the bedrooms were cheap and flimsy.Overall good value!!

Great little house perfect for a small family. My kids really enjoyed the theater room and the backyard. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. The property needed a few minor maintenance issues fixed but was great other than the minor things. We were the first guests to stay in this property, I’m confident the hosts were able to address the issues we shared with them before receiving more guests.
