“We had such a wonderful night at the Frances Modern Inn. Their room 15 is a gorgeous two story suite with a perfectly curated apartment feel, just with all of the amenities of a five star hotel. The staff went out of their way to help us with parking and even left birthday cupcakes for my husband. There is a beautiful patio and courtyard to hang out in before even arriving in the suite. The suite itself has a very comfortable bed and linens, was incredibly clean, and had a beautiful clawfoot...

Housekeeping incluso nel prezzo, ma su richiesta (finalmente un hotel che lo fa davvero!) L'unica pecca è che la musica da fuori si sente anche con le finestre chiuse. “This hotel is in the middle of downtown Austin. It is very loud and has a lot of homeless in the area. There is construction right. Ow and it was very difficult to get to the property. Check-in was great. Helpful customer service. Parking is $55 for self parking. I was told if I wanted to valet it would be $75. The location is right by I-35. Be mindful of this because there is the freeway noise, the construction noise, construction. The room “looked” clean. But, we all had red bumps that...

“Prefect. What I loved more than anything was the check in being at 3pm and checkout at 12pm! Thought that was very cool. What the hotel could do better is add citronella candles in every balcony and at the pool. Tons of mosquitoes everywhere.”
