Our Executive Ocean View Suite is the perfect getaway location. 



Among the amenities you, your friends and your family can enjoy a clean, modern vacation



rental set in the heart of Vancouver Island.



It has incredible ocean views and is driving distance to major entertainment and recreational attractions between Nanaimo and Victoria. 



This unit has a functional kitchen with coffee maker, microwave ,stove and fridge. It offers

Beautiful view

View in morning and evening from deck was spectacular. Everything as listed. Lots of sleeping options for 1 child we brought. Nice location! Rules a bit excessive compared to other places I have stayed. Nice to have them on listing and in book, postings on windows, mirrors, walls etc was a bit more than we required. Very quiet and great walking area for pets.

The location is great, the views spectacular and the Host was prompt in her responses and communication was good. Unfortunately the pictures online are very deceiving. The nightly rate is far too high for what this suite offers. The bed linens were dirty in the more than one bed and even had tears in a couple of the fitted sheets, the pillows and towels were scarce, a few towels were also soiled, next to no counter space in the bathrooms to put any personal items, the kitchen lacks many comforts of home, the fridge is in rough shape with the bottom grate falling off, the bathroom towel bar fell off the wall repeatedly, the sound bar for the TV (that’s crammed into the far corner of the living room…) was not connected so we had to reconnect ourselves, the microwave is extremely tiny, almost all the lamps were broken, had crooked shades or burnt out bulbs, overall the suite was not exceptionally clean and very little attention to detail for advertising as an “Executive Suite”. This unit has the potential to be amazing and very comfortable and classy if some time and effort was put into it.

Lovely spot in Ladysmith

This main floor suite was just right for a weekend stay in the area. The views were lovely, the beds were comfy and having separate bathrooms worked well for 2 couples. The kitchen is a good size & the bbq on the deck that was a bonus. We would be happy to book again.

Beautiful house & View was Outstanding. Great Host.

We were disappointed only in the fact that the Jacuzzi is in one of the main pictures - but we were not allowed to use it at all :( as a Jacuzzi .. The view is beautiful .. The house is beautiful & great size - The host is very friendly & she answered all questions immediately.

457 Thetis A Great Stay

Very happy with the place. Moni was very accessible. Because we didn’t have the best of weather to go out for the day, we enjoyed the time in the house. Impressed with the amount of towels available, soap, facial pads (which I’ve never seen in hotels before) and the amount of kitchenware. Everything We used was very clean and working well. Definitely stay here again and refer others to it. Thank you Moni!

Palatial

Our family stayed here for a wedding having taken over the upper and lower level. The home was Stunningly beautiful with gorgeous views of sunsets, sunrises and the east coast with palatial rooms and decor. The weekend couldn't have been more perfect and was made better by the very accommodating, lovely host. This home had everything we needed for a wonderful 2-3 day stay. Very clean. Memories were made. I miss the chandelier already. We will definitely be back.

What a view!

From the moment we arrived, our host Moni was checking in to make sure everything was ok. Any assistance she did offer was immediate as she lives on site. The accommodation has potential of being 5 star but it needs a little updating here and there. However, Moni is in the process of doing so. The biggest complication is that the main floor controls the temperature of the other rental unit below us but with good communication we found a happy medium. Noice between the two rental floors can also be a problem. Ladysmith is a lovely town with much to offer, and you can’t beat the view in this one!!! Fantastic hiking is also right outside your door. Thanks for all you did for us Moni!

Splendide view but...

Nice property with a great view and plenty of space. The house is nicely situated in a quiet neighborhood, has a jaw-dropping view and a private parking. However, we were disappointed that we had to contact the owner one hour prior to our arrival to get the check-in information (but she did answer quickly when we wrote to her). Also, the beddings were dirty and the door knobs around the house were sticky. There were multiple deficiencies. The upper element of the oven didn't work properly, the refrigerator was noisy and all the bathroom sinks were clogged. Furthermore, the listing is misleading in regards to sleeping accommodations. There are not enough beds for 6 adults, the sofa cannot be turned into a bed. One adult had to sleep on the sofa and the other on a rollaway cot (child size).
