“Great views. Staff were great. Issue with the hot tub the first night there but was fixed the second night just too crowded to use. Large spacious rooms - very clean. Beds were quite squishy. Could be updated. ”

During a genuine medical emergency with my best friend hospitalized, I spent hours trying to move a reservation by one single day. The hotel had availability. I was not asking for a refund — only minimal flexibility. Instead, they hid behind policy and demanded consent letters, credit card ID, and even a doctor's note while I was sitting in a hospital dealing with an emergency. “This place is really close to Ladysmith! It has a great pool with waterslide and hottub. The pool was clean and cared for- staff coming in frequently to check in. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was substantial!
