“Lobby was full. Receptionist couldn't get people checked in that used a 3rd party reservation center. She stayed on the phone with her manger the entire 37 minutes I stood in line with several other guests. I never checked in. Went down the road and stayed at another location. Sol trying to get my refund. ”

“We got in later than expected, and our room was ready for us. Super comfy bed and clean room and bathroom. Made use of the exercise room and breakfast bar. Coffee was fresh and plentiful. ”

“My girls and I loved that they had waffles, oatmeal and cereal. The room was clean. The only hick up for us was loud neighbors, which is out of the hotels control. Overall, we had a lovely stay. ”

“There were only two lights in the room. Both were near the door. The sleeping area (2 queen beds) was dark. No bedside table.”

“Really cool place to stay. It's not cramped but it is certainly cozy. There are a million things to explore and discover. We loved our room's unique décor and the view from our big bay windows. The soaking pool was fabulous. The spa books out FAST so we definitely should have planned ahead if we wanted a spot there.”

“The hotel was very nice, the restaurant onsite was delicious. The hotel property is beautiful and very inviting. Other restaurants are within walking distance but there is nothing else to offer. NO shopping in this town. We drove to McMinnville to walk around downtown. ”

“La peggiore struttura del viaggio. Le camere sono grandi ma la manutenzione non è adeguata. Lo scarico del bagno era intasato. L'appendiasciugamano è caduto addosdo a mia figlia. Ho fatto presente la situazione al manager che non ha provveduto in alcun modo. Pessima esperienza.”

“Had to ask 2 days to get a replacement coffee pot. Didn’t receive housekeeping services the first day. Had to go to the front desk to get towels . Yesterday’s housekeeper didn’t restock coffee supplies. Just inconsistencies. 24 hour coffee service in rhd lobby was good as was breakfast. ”

“Overall a good stay. I have to point out the bathroom door doesn’t allow privicy. It s a barn door that doesn’t close right. Gaps to walls and you can hear EVERYTHING. Also it is frosted glass so can see light and shapes . Rest was good. Beside the coffee counter in room was not clean. ”
