“Best approach , directly from main road. Parking is very good. Food is excellent. Staff behavior is very polite with prompt response. Property is spread across a large area with various stay options (type of rooms) , so no congestion and ample space for walking / activities. A very good location indeed in hilly terrain like Bhimtal.”

“It was really a nice experience specially with family. Kids enjoyed a lot the option of lots of playing activities within the premises. Large space to move within the premises. Good food. Supportive staff. Only issue is approach road to the hotel. ”

“Worst property to stay because no cleaning inside the room. Even we asked three times for amenities and toiletries. Unresponsive staff they don’t know how to speak customers even their property manager Mr. Lalit was so rude with us . If I paid for Deluxe Double room so they can’t force me to stay in single room. The guy told me to cancel my booking when I reached there. But thanks to Treebo customer care guy who helped me to get my room there . I want an action against there manager he can’t...

The phone in the room and the Tv was out of service, after complaining one of the hotel staff gave his mobile number to co ordinate any request. We called to order food for dinner as my partner had to take medicines after meal, the hotel staff was drunk af and forgot about our order when we called them after about an hour to enquire about food, the staff was not in a condition to talk as he was so drunk and by that...
