“The whole experience of staying in Udechee Huts was amazing, the staff especially Rinko, were very helpful, the overall quality of service, rooms, food and the spectacular view were fantastic, i would definitely recommend anyone wishing to chill out would not find a better place.”

“What an incredible gem in the middle of all the bustle! Udechee is the perfect example of sustainable hospitality with a keen eye towards service.
We booked an executive room and loved the room and the outdoor space. The views are absolutely gorgeous and the room was amazing.
The service has to be the highlight here. The staff is attentive and special call out to Rinku and Ajay for going above and beyond.
We’d go stay here again in a heartbeat!”

“This hotel has spectacular views of the valley below. It is very clean. Super friendly staff who cater to your needs wonderfully. Our stay here is truly wonderful. Everything is in walking distance. Lake Dal is only a 3 minute walk down the road. A short walk in the opposite direction allows you to see the breathtaking views of the snow capped mountain range above. Restaurant and good food available in hotel. Don’t miss this wonderful location.”

“The staff were exceptionally helpful, specifically Priya Sharma (Cafe) and Akshay, Akash, Monica and Prem (Front Desk). The view from the roof top lounge is incredible. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. We would stay at this hotel again.”

“Dinner buffet is really good. February temperature in the room with central heat was good. Hot water - plenty with central heating.
Rooms are cosy and clean.
Lobby, hallways not heated in the winter (story of the whole region), so you are stuck between room and restaurant. Upstairs is a nice bar on the roof top with pool table. Very quite in hotel. Nowhere to walk from it, hills are steap- in the same.time it's a great location - its peaceful .
You need to take taxi to main Street and Dalai...

“We had the most comfortable and wonderful stay at the hotel. We were there for His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s 90th birthday celebration. The location was perfect—close to the main temple—with an amazing view from our room. The room was bright and modern, making it easy to relax without feeling pressure to go out. The food at the hotel was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful in every way. The next time we visit Dharamshala, we are definitely staying here again!”

“Nice property with very clean rooms. Staff was courteous and very helpful in addressing your concerns. View from the rooftop restaurant is amazing as one can see the snow capped Dhauladhar range from the rooftop. On the other side, view of the valley from the restaurant is amazing. Food was fresh and delicious, though a little improvement is needed in service which I found to be a little slow.
Though location is very good, it's difficult to find the hotel with google maps and there is no sign...
