Hotel vicino a Lago Đầm Vạc -

“The staff was kind and courteous and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. However its location was in the middle of nowhere and we were unable to see tourist attractions because of the distance.”

“I will say- I would recommend staying in the main hotel. However, I was first booked in a villa, and requested to change rooms. The villa was a beautiful 2 story condo-style, with a sitting area and kitchen. However, the main bedroom, which overlooks the water, did not have functioning AC. In the functioning AC room, the bathroom was overrun with drain flies. And unfortunately, staff decided to start garden maintenance outside the villa at 630am. The hotel staff was very accommodating to...

“Our stay was mostly good. Bed was comfy, room had decent heating. Overall nice vibe. Breakfast is limited to 6:30-8:30 am. However, water in the bathroom was quite cold, maybe around 22°C for showering. Slightly run down shower. ”

“Stayed here for my wedding. Staff were gracious, kind and very responsive. Loved this place!”

“If owner can remodel the shower room, I would vote it 10/10 for everything! Room is spacious and great views. I love it.”

“Iso siisti huone.”

“For a cheap style hotel located on the far outskirts of Hanoi it was surprisingly good. The rooms are large, air-conditioned and have two big double beds (hard matresses) and a small private bathroom (a bit run down but good hot water). Room even has a smart TV....but that's about it. Located in a very quiet street but very limited food options, especially after dark. We used it as a stop over from Cat Ba to SaPa which was ideal. Much better than the over populated and way too busy Hanoi Old...

“It was not a pleasant experience, from the moment of check in until check out. The check in process was very confusing, and I was charged entrance fee. I needed to pay buggy car, also needed to pay for the bottle water in the villa, there was this lady whose role is not clear to me asked me to pay cash. All these were not communicated when I made the booking. Basically the property is a private one, not related to the hotel. You can't expect a normal hotel experiece, need to figure out how...

“Very clean, friendly staff, great location. A nice stay before a long flight, there’s also a great spa nextdoor.”

“親切なスタッフ”

“Yes”

“空港から近い。部屋のエアコンもちゃんと効く。 雨が降っていたら、ロビーのスタッフが傘をさしてくれた。 いずれも最高! なお、滑走路の直ぐ側なので、飛行機の離陸音はうるさいですw 気になる人は耳栓して寝ましょう。”
