“Yes”

“Very average hotel.”

“I will say- I would recommend staying in the main hotel. However, I was first booked in a villa, and requested to change rooms. The villa was a beautiful 2 story condo-style, with a sitting area and kitchen. However, the main bedroom, which overlooks the water, did not have functioning AC. In the functioning AC room, the bathroom was overrun with drain flies. And unfortunately, staff decided to start garden maintenance outside the villa at 630am. The hotel staff was very accommodating to...

“Our stay was mostly good. Bed was comfy, room had decent heating. Overall nice vibe. Breakfast is limited to 6:30-8:30 am. However, water in the bathroom was quite cold, maybe around 22°C for showering. Slightly run down shower. ”

“Stayed here for my wedding. Staff were gracious, kind and very responsive. Loved this place!”

“If owner can remodel the shower room, I would vote it 10/10 for everything! Room is spacious and great views. I love it.”

“Iso siisti huone.”

The rooms are large, air-conditioned and have two big double beds (hard matresses) and a small private bathroom (a bit run down but good hot water). Room even has a smart TV....but that's about it. Located in a very quiet street but very limited food options, especially after dark. We used it as a stop over from Cat Ba to SaPa which was ideal. Much better than the over populated and way too busy Hanoi Old...

“Would have been okay for the price, but the AC was not capable of cooling the room. The room was very hot, plus the AC dropped water drops on the bed, right at face level. We informed management and were told nothing could be done. Give this, we left after the first night and were not reimbursed for the remaining night.”

“It was not a pleasant experience, from the moment of check in until check out. The check in process was very confusing, and I was charged entrance fee. I needed to pay buggy car, also needed to pay for the bottle water in the villa, there was this lady whose role is not clear to me asked me to pay cash. All these were not communicated when I made the booking. Basically the property is a private one, not related to the hotel. You can't expect a normal hotel experiece, need to figure out how...

“호텔 객실관리가 안되어 있습니다. 콘센트 불량으로 MP. 충전이 안되며 시설 노후로 세면대,욕조 등 호텔 관리가 안되어 있습니다. 직원은 친절 합니다.”
