“Hotel di ottimo livello con ristorante in splendida veranda. Camera ampia con salottino e finestra velux. Letto ampio e comodo, grande pulizia ed ordine. Bagno non molto grande ma moderno e funzionale (doccia e set di cortesia). Ottima ricezione Wi-Fi e tv con canali italiani (RAI e MEDIASET). Ampio parcheggio. Consigliato!!”

“L'hotel si trova in un posto magico e fuori dal tempo. Camera grande e ben curata con vasca e doccia! Spa e piscina panoramica bellissime, una vera chicca. Colazione super ricca davanti ad un panorama incredibile. Consigliatissimo per staccare da tutto e tutti. Personale cordialissimo. In estate la strada per raggiungere Melchsee è soggetta a delle restrizioni di orario, essendo molto stretta si sale nelle ore pari e si scende in quelle dispari. ”

“I had a booking issue that could have been easy to resolved by the management at the hotel (and by Expedia) but it was not and it cost me many hundreds of dollars. We reached out to the management several times and even tried to talk with them while at the hotel but with no luck as the management was not on premises. This is definitely a no frills place. The bathrooms are private but are not connected to the rooms which was inconvenient. It's very rustic for the price and it feels abandoned...

“The staff at the reception was very kind and informative, the room was spacious, modern and generally nice, however there is no closed wardrobe but shelves and space to hang clothes. It's ok if you stay only for one nigth while it could be a limitation for a longer stay. It should also be clearly specified in the hotel information that there is no lift to go up to the room floors. Breakfast is of a good standard but is absolutely disappointing for those accustomed to sweets: no cake, no...
