“I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and keep coming back for a reason. The location is excellent — central, convenient, and perfect for exploring the city. The staff is always professional, helpful, and welcoming, which adds to the overall positive experience. That said, the rooms are starting to show their age. While still clean and functional, some updates would definitely enhance the comfort and appeal. ”

“My experience at this hotel was average. On the plus side , hotel was clean and well maintained and it is conveniently located near the airport. Some of the staff members were friendly and helpful. However there are several drawbacks. They don’t provide microwave service in their rooms and there is not any study room or desk as advertised.The breakfast options are limited to a repetitive menu, mostly South Indian food. “ムンバイに夕方に到着後、翌朝の国内線への乗り継ぎまで宿泊しました。思った以上に空港からホテルまで夕方の渋滞がひどく、地図上での距離から想定していたよりも長い時間がかかりました。初めてのインドだったので、シャワーなどに少し戸惑いましたが客室は十分に清潔でした。フロントに24時間スタッフがいるので朝3時のチェックアウトも問題なかったのです。”

“This place is OK for an early morning arrival… Clean, comfy, but a bit stuffy. I stayed to save some money and not pay X3 for my next hotel…I Never got a phone number for a possible airport pickup. The room has individual air conditioning units which is good for controlling the temperature in the room. Lobby is on 2nd floor. There is a set of stairs to enter the hotel. Breakfast was minimal. “Its not at all safe to stay here. Cleaners dont even knock the door before entering, they just barge in. There were mosquitoes in the room as the windows were not able to close. Bathroom is dirty too. ”
