“Everthing was perfect”

“I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and keep coming back for a reason. The location is excellent — central, convenient, and perfect for exploring the city. The staff is always professional, helpful, and welcoming, which adds to the overall positive experience. That said, the rooms are starting to show their age. While still clean and functional, some updates would definitely enhance the comfort and appeal. ”

“Very good location. My executive room at the 4th floor was spacious. Bathroom a bit too small but it was okay. The Only negative remark: Check-in and checkout a bit too slow. ”

“One of the best hotel staying experience! My room was my home away from home, after a hectic day of work or wading through the incessant monsoons. The morning breakfast spread was sumptuous and wholesome...that would tide me over till 4 pm - which would be my lunch and dinner with my partners. Fabulous staff..at the front and especially the special needs staff - Neelam and Mathiya were so so sweet and brought in a humane touch to the stay. I would surely love to stay here again!”

“Abbiamo soggiornato per 10 giorni per un viaggio di lavoro e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione molto comoda per la fiera e per l’aeroporto. Pulizia e servizio eccellenti. Il buffet del ristorante sempre vario e buono, ti permette di poter mangiare senza doversi spostare in macchina. Torneremo di sicuro nei prossimi viaggi.”

Abbiamo chiesto due volte il servizio taxi ed il costo è stato molto contenuto anche rispetto al servizio di taxi prepagato usufruito dall' aereoporto per raggiungere hotel. Camera senza finestre, ma per un soggiorno di due giorni non è stato un problema. Camera pulita con aria condizionata funzionante. Wifi eccellente. Colazione poco variegata, ma completa in terrazza, da cui si ha un panorama della città”

“I was not allowed to stay with QubeStay as the front office told, they cannot find my confirmed booking ref. via Hotels.com. But they politely behaved and provided another room in nearby property (Arma Residency) which was not OK. After staying the first night, I found out that we were not provided the right room as per our reservation through Hotels.com. I spoke to one of the owner's who was present there and he politely told it was a mistake and gave discounts for the room provided. Seems the...
