“I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay. While the location is convenient, this hotel does not even meet one-star standards. The hallways constantly smell bad because dirty linens and towels are left piled up for over 24 hours every day until they are picked in the morning. “Book for two nights , property very run down . Request for non-smoking room but is smoking room . Check out the next day and request for refund for one nite . But expedia unable to contact the hotel . Very dissappointed. ”

“Courteous staff members and fantastic location. However, toilet seat and toilet equipment are a tad too old. Time to refurbish ”

“Great for a 1 night stay. Lots of good options closeby for food. Internet was good also. Breakfast is very simple - eggs we super soft runny and served no other way even when we mentioned we could not eat half raw eggs. No coffee available only weak tea. Toast with butter and kaya jam. Bed was comfy and nice hot shower. Cold filter water dispensers to fill bottles was great too.”
