“I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay. While the location is convenient, this hotel does not even meet one-star standards. The hallways constantly smell bad because dirty linens and towels are left piled up for over 24 hours every day until they are picked in the morning. “Great for a 1 night stay. Lots of good options closeby for food. Internet was good also. Breakfast is very simple - eggs we super soft runny and served no other way even when we mentioned we could not eat half raw eggs. No coffee available only weak tea. Toast with butter and kaya jam. Bed was comfy and nice hot shower. Cold filter water dispensers to fill bottles was great too.”

“Room although spacious, would benefit from an upgrade. Bathtub had black mould growing in the grout. The lobby is in the basement of another hotel which was confusing to navigate and find at first. Feels like more of a budget option. ”

“We were nicely surprised that the place is much nicer than expected. It's small but liveable & the AC was so cold! Nice! Easy check in & check out. The kitchen had all necessary cutlery, etc, including dishwashing liquid & hand soap. Very much appreciated as not all places have them! Location good - very near to many places to eat. Would stay again given a chance. ”
