Case in affitto a Lagoa

“: Big ! With nice patio. Very clean ! Quite central. Very cheap for what it is Distribution in 2 floors. Not much light”

“Endroit fabuleux! Facile d'accès et central pour les activités, que ce soit d'un côté, comme de l'autre de l'île. Stationnement privé, belle terrasse et aménagement permettant toutes les commodités. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et respectueux.”

“The house was well situated and has lots of potential. Our host Claudio was polite, quick to respond, and very helpful. The rooms are a good size, and the house has a good layout. Unfortunately, the beds and pillows were very hard and quite uncomfortable. The outdoor furniture is in need of replacing, the BBQ is rusty and new interior paint would be a good improvement as there is water damage in places and signs of mold in the bathroom and elsewhere. The pictures in the listing are outdated as...

“We loved the house and the location. The host was great to work with. The listing regarding the parking is misleading. There are no dedicated parking spots, only a tiny public parking lot. There is very limited on street parking but it is precarious at best.”

“Really good! We’d definitely go again : Everything was great The power went out twice and it took them a while to sort it out, so we were a bit worried”

“The apartment is nice and had everything needed for a comfortable stay but is very bare bones. It has a partially obstructed view of the harbor from the terrace and main room. The bathroom is very small. It is well located to explore the city on foot and easy to the main road for exploring the island. There are stairs and the lift takes you up but there are still 4 stairs if you have limited mobility or large suitcases this could be an issue. The parking is very tight in the garage, very tight....

“Comfortable and cozy stay : It was very clean and cozy and has all necessary amenities. Also it is not far from the city center and airport, which makes it convenience. I couldn’t find anything”

“A lovely, quiet, comfortable house : The accommodation was brilliant It smelled a bit musty, which is probably down to the climate. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find any tea towels, and we would have liked to write in the guest book but didn’t have a pen to hand. Otherwise, an excellent little spot.”

“Host is amazing and very welcoming. Pet was welcomed and prepared for with a bed and some toys. Very thoughtful. Space is comfortable and location is excellent. parking was very easy.”
