“Nicely appointed home just outside of Ponta Delgada. Clean, and spacious with beautiful gardens. We were 2 couples on our first visit to Sao Miguel and the proximity to the airport and city gave us the perfect "home base" while traveling the beautiful island of Sao Miguel. Would highly recommend for both couples traveling and families.”

“Great house in a good spot to walk to meet areas of Ponta Delgada. In our 50's and it took 20 mins to walk to town. The younger people with us rented electric scooters on an app and buzzed back and forth. Great beach was a 20-30 min walk in the opposite directing of town. There is a bike and walking paths that run all along the coast and are very nice and safe. Each room has a private bath and the shared kitchen, dining, living room areas never felt too crowded with 15 people staying. Good...

“A wonderful vacation home. There were 13 of us who stayed in a very spacious house. All the amenities that you could need and more. The pool and hot tub were very nice and well maintained. “Amazing location right in the middle of all the action! A few steps down the road you'll find a supermarket where you can buy all the food you want for the house during your stay. The house was cleaned daily and is large and spacious! The owner was kind and courteous and made the stay simple and seamless. “Jose was wonderful in allowing us an early check-in due to our travel schedule. We had a small difficulty with the lockbox but José resolved the issue quickly, and it was our first exposure to the neighbors, who went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. I cant say enough about the neighbors on both sides of the house.
