“Nicely appointed home just outside of Ponta Delgada. Clean, and spacious with beautiful gardens. We were 2 couples on our first visit to Sao Miguel and the proximity to the airport and city gave us the perfect "home base" while traveling the beautiful island of Sao Miguel. Would highly recommend for both couples traveling and families.”

“A wonderful vacation home. There were 13 of us who stayed in a very spacious house. All the amenities that you could need and more. The pool and hot tub were very nice and well maintained. We rented the large van from the owners and were able to drive around the island easily. Thank you to the hosts for a very nice stay”

“Amazing location right in the middle of all the action! A few steps down the road you'll find a supermarket where you can buy all the food you want for the house during your stay. The house was cleaned daily and is large and spacious! The owner was kind and courteous and made the stay simple and seamless. I would definitely recommend staying here during your time in Ponta Delgada!”

“The house is spacious and is as shown. The kitchen had everything we needed (coffee machine uses pods). The grocery store had everything we need and is within an easy walking distance. The beach was a good addition and also within easy walking distance. We ate a few times at the restaurant there. The house is a great location from which to see the island and is 10 minutes from airport and Ponta Delgada. The checkin and checkout were easy. ”

“The location of this place is unbelievable, we ate breakfast outside in the garden with an incredible view of the ocean! The windmill is iconic, very cool place to stay. The inside is cozy and was all that we needed, we had no complaints.”

“Nice property that comfortably fit 7 adults. Mosteiros is at the Western end of Sao Miguel so we did a lot of driving, but great location and walka Le to everything in town. Short walk around the corner for great sunsets. Pack a picnic or go to the two bars with great drinks and views. Host was easy to deal with and very helpful. Would return ”

“The apartment unit was clean, and kitchen well stocked. Be careful that there are two listings for this property, one with 46 photos, one with 13. Both are listed as entire homes, the listing with 13 photos is an apartment within the larger home (46 photo unit). It is directly on a busy street, incredibly noisy. Property lists a paddle board, and it is pictured in all listing photos, it is not included. Would not recommend ”

“Malta House was perfect for our group of three couples. It’s located about 5 km east of downtown Ponta Delgado, within walking distance of Populo (aka Sunset) Beach, which was great for swimming, even in September. There are several restaurants within walking distance, or a short drive. The owner, Jaime, met us at the house and showed us around. He was always available on What’s App, and was very helpful. The house has 4 bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds put together as a king. There was lots of...

“Our stay was perfect! Very happy we picked this spot. Many extra nice touches when we arrived. Although we indulged and ate out for all our meals it was nice to know the kitchen was fully stocked if we needed it. Especially greatfull for the beach towels as we didn't bring any. Our host was amazing. Leonardo was so quick with communication and so nice to offer us a ride to the airport for our early morning flight. Great recommendation on the car rental, which was literally 30 seconds away and...

"Nel complesso un ottimo soggiorno: hotel moderno a Capelas, non lontano da Ponta Delgada, dotato di grande e comodo parcheggio (anche all’esterno della struttura), di piscina coperta riscaldata e spa inclusa nel prezzo della camera. La mia camera era ampia, comoda e pulita, con acqua minerale, tè e caffè rimpiazzati ogni giorno (molti pari stelle non lo fanno). Gentili ed efficienti i ragazzi alla reception. Unici nei il mancato riempimento dei vassoi per la colazione (bastava arrivare dopo le 9 per non trovare più alcune pietanze) e l’odore sgradevole del detergente nelle scale interne, ma sono dettagli."
