The staff provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. They were attentive, polite, and genuinely tried to resolve issues quickly. I especially want to acknowledge Mr. Olayemi, who was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive.
That said, the amenities did not meet expectations for the rating. Upon arrival, the two-bedroom unit we booked was unavailable due to electricity and AC issues, and we were asked to wait several hours while staying in a one-bedroom instead. The wait extended much longer than initially stated.
Once we moved into the correct unit, several basic amenities were either missing or not functioning. While the microwave was eventually replaced, it was not working upon arrival. More importantly, the lack of consistent electricity affected AC reliability, which made the stay uncomfortable at times. Other essentials (such as towels and bathroom bins) had to be requested.
Overall, the service was strong, but the inconsistent power supply and incomplete amenities lowered the overall experience, resulting in an average stay.
