Luxury New Marina apt con vista panoramica

Splendido appartamento con vista panoramica incontaminata che si affaccia sul bellissimo porto turistico, località molto ricercata, spaziosa e luminosa appartamento sulla Marina, nuovo appartamento con tutto nuovo, come casa lontano da casa.

Abbiamo fornito l'appartamento con mobili di qualità e un grande comodo letto king size.

Abbiamo un divano letto matrimoniale grande che si affaccia sulla fantastica vista panoramica.

Il sole colpisce il balcone dal primo pomeriggio in modo da poter gustare un buon pasto e un bicchiere di vino portoghese favoloso godendo il sole e la vista.
La piscina è circondata da belle coperture e piante ed è molto tranquilla e rilassante, viene pulita quotidianamente e dispone di una piscina per bambini e di piccole caratteristiche di acqua per giocare sotto.

Abbiamo tutti i canali inglesi e FREE WIFI

Non c'è bisogno di un'auto qui perché la spiaggia è a soli 10 minuti a piedi attraverso il porto turistico e la città è anche a 10 minuti a piedi, c'è un grande supermercato di pingo doce a 4 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento e ci sono pub, caffè e Ristoranti a soli 2 minuti di distanza, questi hanno una grande musica durante la notte e servono ottimi piatti.

Ci sono altri 4 ristoranti vicino a meia praia spiaggia tutti in 10 minuti a piedi con vista sul mare ea prezzi ragionevoli,
C'è la capanna della pizza sul porto turistico e la banca, un sacco di parcheggio gratuito proprio fuori dall'altra parte della strada dall'appartamento.
La stazione degli autobus è proprio di fronte alla passeggiata sul ponte che è a circa 6 minuti a piedi e la stazione ferroviaria è a circa 4 minuti a piedi.
Non ci sono colline da salire che è un grande vantaggio nel sole caldo!

Perfect location! We always try and stay in this area because of location! 5 mins to supermarket and if no car uber back ! 3:00 for uber!Apartment has everything you need for an enjoyable stay! Everything about this property was wonderful! The location, layout, and contents provided for our use were extremely useful, especially the washing machine! The owner and host were extremely responsive and helpful! Definitely the right place to stay in Lagos!

The apartment is just as pictured in the listing. It is clean, well equipped, comfortable, and the balcony has afternoon and evening sun. The on site swimming pool is an added bonus! The location is ideal for Lagos old town, the marina, and beaches. Michaela and her team were very accommodating to a change in our arrival time. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This was our second time visiting Lagos in the last year. We enjoyed our stay at Micaela’s Condo, and overall it is very well equipped. Of significant note is there is no dryer as indicated in the listing. There is a drying rack, so we made do, but admittedly we chose this over another listing because we thought there was going to be a dryer. The on-site hosts really make this property excellent. Karel picked us up at the train station when we arrived because it was raining, and Estela came once to bail us out when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the condo. They both go out of their way to make sure guests are comfortable. We would stay here again, but the listing really should be updated to reflect the available amenities. Thank you.

This condo has EVERYTHING you would need! The pictures do not do it justice. We were so surprised to find an immaculate apartment with a huge balcony. Having a washer in the unit was so practical! They even have a dishwasher and everything you would need in kitchen. The pool is so beautiful and there are always spots. Great for older people, couples and families. We were greeted by the owner and she is very kind and helpful. Communication with her was so easy. Is was nice to have a bathtub, shower and bidet. There is a hairdryer which is so great and an ironing board. The sofa in the living room was very comfortable and easily sleeps an extra person. There is a big table on the patio and lounge chairs which makes it perfect to dine while watching the sun set from the balcony every night. Having a car is definitely a plus but for those without you are literally a 5 minute walk away from the marina and restaurants. The location of this apartment is so perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle but yet still so close. You will be a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach. They provide beach chairs to take with you to the beach. They have a variety of English channels on the TV. This space is spotless and we were so comfortable during our week long stay. We are sad to be leaving. Do not hesitate to book.

This top floor apartment is in an excellent location for all amenities. The only downside is the very busy roundabout below, which we knew of before we booked. The apartment is well furnished, with a very necessary outside sunblind, as the balcony can be extremely hot, having the afternoon and evening sun.

We stayed for the month of February 2023 and found the apartment well equipped for our needs. Our original booking in the Marina was cancelled and it was relisted at a considerably higher rate. The management co. for that property was very difficult to deal with, we feel that having good communications with a host is very important to us and were glad to rebook with Michaela. The weather was cooler than we have experienced in other years, however we realize the host has no control over this. We would definitely consider staying at this property in the future.

A very clean one bed appt with good facilities. There was a lady who lives on-site who met us & gave us guided tour & useful info she was excellent an asset to the owners. The main down side is the very noisy main road the appt balcony looks out onto we didn’t mind too much but could affect some people. The pool was just across road it was secure & clean with shower & toilets available. We really enjoyed our stay here & would book again.

We spent a week in January 2020 to visit family, the property was very well located and a short walking distance to the shops and restaurants which meant you could leave the car and walk. As you would expect in the closed season some od the restaurants were closed, but we were expecting this. The Apartment was clean and had everything we required during our week.

Booking was easy from start to finish and apartment was exactly as decribed if not better . Well eqipped with everythong you need, we spent a few afternoons just chilling on the spacious balcony , which was a bit noisy at times with traffic but was easily ignored reading a good book ! Lagos marina is a lovely place with lovely eating places and bars, as was the old town . After visiting The algarve a few times in various places, Lagos has won our hearts we will definately be back again and will certainly book this amazing apartment. Thanks again x

Tercer año en Lagos y conocíamos la urbanización. La situación está muy bien para ir dando un paseo al centro y a 5 minutos de la playa andando. Al lado de la Marina de Lagos. Además si quieres hacer excursiones buen aparcamiento y buenos accesos en coche. Para nosotros el mejor sitio de Lagos. Y respecto al apartamento está muy bien. Amplio, nuevo y con todo lo básico para pasar unos días de vacaciones.

We had a lovely stay at this property. Lagos was lovely and the apartment very clean, large and well appointed and in a very convenient location for bars, restaurants, beaches and a fantastic supermarket a short distance away! The pool was very nice, well maintained and staffed by life guards. The only negative was that the balcony overlooked the roundabout on what could at times be quite a busy and noisy road. All in all a very nice appointment well located and happily recommended. Oh and one final thing, the communication was excellent and Michaela and her team did a great job of looking after us during our stay!

Modern en ruim appartement, goed uitgerust en prima locatie. Groot ZW gericht terras met verzicht op de Marina. Minpuntjes : druk verkeer en geen gebruiksaanwijzing voor de kookplaat aanwezig. Dit werd snel opgelost door het agentschap. Voor herhaling vatbaar !

The apartment was nice and a good location, easy walk to beach and downtown. Lagos was awesome. However there was only 1 roll of toilet paper for a 3 night stay for two people, not really enough. Also, the address provided did not give a unit number, had to call a couple of time to get get it. Owners should update to unit 9. The dishwasher leaked so we had to stop it mid-cycle and finish washing by hand, then clean up the water. It was a good thing we didn’t go out before we noticed.
