Modern villa near beach [124]

Discover a stunning family-friendly villa nestled close to the sea in beautiful Lagos, offering the perfect escape for families, couples, and friend groups. This spacious property boasts an incredible location within walking distance of several of the Algarve's most breathtaking beaches, including Praia Dona Ana and Porto de Mós.



The villa features three well-appointed bedrooms with comfortable sleeping arrangements, including a king-size bed, and four individual beds, and a double ‘murphy bed’ in the ground floor study making 4 sleeping areas ensuring everyone has a restful night. With four bathrooms - three with showers and the master ensuite with a bathtub - there's plenty of space for everyone to get ready for the day's adventures.



The fully equipped kitchen is a highlight, featuring modern amenities like a glass-ceramic hotplate, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, plenty of storage and all necessary kitchenware. Enjoy preparing meals together or grab a quick snack between beach trips. The adjacent dining area provides a perfect space for shared meals and conversations.



The spacious, comfortable lounge opens on to the pool terrace through large glass sliding doors.

Outside, you'll find a private swimming pool with sun loungers, comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the Algarve sunshine. A balcony off the master bedroom to the front of the villa overlooks the pool while a large first floor terrace with modern electric pergola provides additional spaces to relax, and enjoy. The pergola can be opened or closed to provide extra shade.



The villa is just a short distance from supermarkets, restaurants, and the charming Lagos town centre, making it an ideal base for exploring the region.



With its proximity to beautiful beaches, golf courses, and local attractions, this villa offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm for an unforgettable Portuguese holiday.
