The bathroom was tiny, water comes to the room when you shower, when i complained, they offer to change the room for a fee, which 8 refused to paid. I told them that i would do early checkout. Tge staff at the reception said it was ok, but tgey don't have my money, so they are not able to refund the unused nights, i have to contact hotels.com. when i did, Hotels.com said they've sent and email to the hotel for them to authorize the refund. When i contacted the hotel management, they said Hotels.com nor their reception told them the reason for my early checkout, so they didn't authorize it the refund. But the management said they would look into it again in light of what i told them. I'm yet to get a response. I am also disappointed at Hotels.com for not telling the hotel management the reason for my early checkout.
