Once, the full interlocking is complete, our rate will, of course reflect that. Being at a point between Ikate and off Freedom way, you can enjoy tons of restaurants, easy access, imax cinema for movie buffs with its 3D screen just 5mins away or go to the 4D screen at Oniru with the famous 'The Rock Cafe' sharing its premises.

There is the famous Ikoyi Bridge where Mark Zuckerberg famously did his morning jogging just 4/5mins away. Not far away is the Atlantic but not visible from the property.

We have dedicated, Uniformed security with a security house and a dedicated CUG line for the security. Visitors are not allowed excerpt the residents call the security line to let such guests in.
