“This is my go-to hotel whenever im in Lagos...The quality of service here is consistently awesome. There is a standard ive come to expect and they consistently meet thise standards”

“Fisrt problem with this hotel is that on the web they state they have an airport shuttle. They do not and when you call they tell you to get a cab. If you have ever been to Nigeria every cab is a scammer, even Uber drivers will show up and start trying to get you to pay more and if you dont they leave. Then the room was nothing like the pictures, maybe 20 years ago but the hotel was run down, the lick on the door was busted off, the bathroom was a disaster and the staff just did not care.”

“The staff at Lilygate are exceptional. I was created by my name as soon as I walked in the door! Nice touch. In addition, I was created with a refreshing cold bottle of water and juice. Ms. Chinyere Kalu, leader at the front desk was a perfect example of providing excellent customer service.
