“Sheets were clean, but the headboard was nasty. Floor was iffy. Half old carpet and half hardwood. AC didn't work well. Room was damp and smelled funny. Left us 3 towels for 4 people. Beds very old and worn out. Breakfast was a bag with a granola bar and a muffin bar. No decaf coffee. Pool area smelled bad. Water was nasty. Even after washing our hair, it still smelled. Located 20 minutes from West point was one of the very few positives. We paid almost $200/night so we were quite dissatisfied.”

“The hotel is beautiful, but unfortunately the restaurant was closed the night of our stay and we were disappointed because we planned on eating there. I guess I should have checked the restaurant hours before booking. Most of the town had businesses that were closed in the middle of the week, so just be aware when you book. The person working the desk recommended a restaurant outside of town and it was good. There was no one at the front desk when we checked out early in the morning. The sign...

“We had a wonderful stay. The room and home was very clean and well maintained. The bathroom was a highlight, with a spacious Jacuzzi bathtub that was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Everything was comfortable, and we enjoyed our visit. We would definitely stay here again.”

“It was weird when we got there. We couldn't find the entrance at first since it wasn't obvious. When we did find it, there was just a key left on the table with my name saying that everything was self-service. Not one employee in sight. It's an old property under renovation so it felt pretty creepy. Everything creaks and the walls are thin. The room was okay with a nice view of the Hudson.
