Incantevole Downtown Laguna Beach Cottage (ristrutturato)

Affascinante, ristrutturato, Laguna Beach House è un isolato dalla spiaggia e un isolato dal centro. È il luogo perfetto per una vacanza a Laguna Beach. 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni. Due letti king size in California, camera da letto principale sfoggia un letto celeste Starwood Westin. Il divano letto nel soggiorno si trasforma in regina, la terza camera da letto sfoggia un letto a una piazza e mezza in una pittoresca camera di dimensioni patio. La cucina e il bagno principale sono stati ristrutturati con tutte le comodità moderne. La casa dispone di lavastoviglie, lavanderia e tre terrazze tra cui barbecue all'aperto e ampio patio privato nella parte anteriore della casa con molti mobili da esterno. La casa comprende un parcheggio in loco. Durante l'estate il servizio di autobus gratuito può portarti a nord o sud in qualsiasi punto della città e oltre e la fermata dell'autobus è a un isolato di distanza. È possibile parcheggiare l'auto all'interno della proprietà e camminare o guidare l'autobus per tutto il tempo in cui si è a Laguna Beach. Se hai bisogno di un parcheggio aggiuntivo, c'è un ampio parcheggio fuori proprietà su Ramona Ave e Glenneyre St, direttamente di fronte alla casa. Sala da pranzo in centro e solo un isolato per accedere ai negozi del centro e alla spiaggia principale. L'enorme patio anteriore rende la casa piacevole per gli animali domestici.

Absolutely recommend staying at this property! Lou was able to get us checked in a few hours early, which was so helpful as we were in town for a wedding and needed to be at the welcome party fairly early. The place was very clean, had plenty of space, and was fully stocked with everything we needed. We were also in walking distance to a bunch of restaurants/bars. Lou graciously shared Laguna Beach recommendations ahead of time, which we loved. Thanks for a great stay!!

The property was perfect for our family of 4 adults, a toddler and preschooler. It was clean, well-stocked and very comfortable. The house is one block from the beach in a perfect location. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would go back again. We would recommend it highly.

The home was very clean, with two king beds made it nice for the adults. And one small twin room was perfect for our 2 1/2 year-old. It was an amazing location that allowed us to walk easily to restaurants and shops. As well as having a parking spot downtown was convenient. Our 2 1/2 year-old loved the courtyard where he could play in a fenced in area.

The photographs don't do the cottage justice. It was brighter and roomier than we expected. It was a wonderful location that allowed us to walk to the beach and Pageant in minutes. The local free trolley facilitated adventures farther down the coast. The cost for being so centrally located was a bit of traffic noise, especially when relaxing in the front yard. We would definitely stay there again!

The location and property were just perfect. Very clean, very up-to-date and lots of amenities. Lou is a great host. We have stayed at multiple properties they host and they never disappoint. We will be staying there again hopefully very soon. Can’t wait to go back.

The Laguna property was absolutely fabulous! We were able to walk to all the local establishments during the crazy 4th of July week. It was wonderful to stay for a family wedding. The grandkids enjoyed the beach toys and we all enjoyed a BBQ dinner our last night. Thank you to our gracious host.

Loved this well-maintained beach house! Super great instructions for checking in, everything you will need for your stay including beach towels and beach chairs. Lots of street noise, but that’s the trade off for the perfect location. We just closed the windows at night, and I always travel with ear plugs anyway. Planned on taking the free trolley, but we really had no trouble walking everywhere, even my cousin who uses a cane. Loved the short walk right across the coast highway at the crossing light to The Cliff restaurant for ocean-view dinner and cocktails. Would definitely book this vacation home again.

This is a great home right near the center of town. It's larger than it appears in the photos and beautifully furnished. It is well appointed with just about everything you could need. The only thing to note is it's up a hill from town, easy for most renters but challenging for someone with agility issues. Lou is an excellent host, welcoming and concerned with your enjoing Laguna Beach.

Lovely cottage one block to downtown and the Pacific Coast Highway. Walk to restaurants. Well stocked kitchen, clean and new bathrooms, comfortable beds. Cute outdoor sitting areas, one out back and one courtyard. Off street parking. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed staying at this lovely cottage. We appreciated the cleanliness, and the tasteful decor and furnishings. This property is very well maintained and it shows. Host was responsive to any questions we had. We loved the proximity to the beach and Heisler Park and started our day there each day of our stay.

This cottage is perfection! It is well appointed and carefully thought out as far as written details, instructions for all electronic devices and general information to make your stay enjoyable. This house was spectacular! It is so close to downtown that we ended up walking everywhere. The house is very sound as well, so the street noise was not loud at all. The house was very clean, and very comfortable. I feel like the pictures do not do the house justice. It is very updated and beautiful. We traveled with our 4 kids (all under 10 years), and it was the perfect house for them. The front patio is extremely secure, and it gave them the space to play outside safely. The house has everything you need-beach toys, boogie boards, chairs for the beach, towels. And Lou was so communicative. I am so lucky to have had the chance to stay here. We will definitely come back and stay in the future.

Great location, super clean, so well stocked, well maintained, detailed instructions about various features of the house that were helpful. Very short walk to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants. It was perfect for our stay in Laguna. One note, it is on a busy road on one side so the early morning road noise can be disruptive but nothing ear plugs can’t fix!
