Laguna Beach = Tropical - Cottage Home

  • Ti diamo il benvenuto a South Laguna, una delle zone e spiagge più belle del sud della California. Questa casa con cucina completamente rinnovata di recente e dotata di aria condizionata è perfettamente situata a meno di 10 minuti di auto da Salt Creek Beach, dal Ritz Carlton, dal St Regis Resort, dal Suf and Sand Resort e dal Montage Resort (un resort mozzafiato su una scogliera che si affaccia sull'oceano) , (tutti resort a cinque stelle di classe mondiale). Non fumatore.

    Nota: novembre 2019 - la loro è una nuova costruzione di casa sulla collina dalla proprietà durante i giorni della settimana.

    Casa Beach Cottage recentemente ristrutturata, piano inferiore di una casa a 2 piani con ingresso indipendente / ampio monolocale (circa 700 piedi quadrati) situato a South Laguna Beach, per cinque persone (letto matrimoniale, due (2) posti letto con divano letto matrimoniale e un altro 2 divano letto matrimoniale), con cucina separata, bagno completo, lavatrice / asciugatrice e pavimenti in travertino.

    La nostra casa si trova su un grande terreno con un sacco di scintille libere in un lussureggiante, bellissimo giardino paesaggistico, area tropicale, privata e tranquilla, sembra di essere a Maui! Primo livello della casa a 2 piani: vivo al livello più alto.

    Accesso al ponte extra-large con splendida vista panoramica sull'oceano con l'isola Catalina sullo sfondo.

    Include TV al plasma / cavo HD da 52 pollici - HBO, Cinemax
    Sistema audio surround e Blue Tooth Stereo. Connessione internet wireless gratuita.

    Il cottage si trova a pochi passi da alcune delle più belle spiagge e sentieri escursionistici del sud del California, tra cui Table Rock Beach, West Street Beach, 1000 Step Beach, Aliso Beach e il Valido Hiking Trail.

    A piedi dai ristoranti (Coyotee Grill, Evas Carribean Kitchen, Laguna Thai e Laguna Sushi, Siennas Grill)

    A 1 miglio dal 5 stelle "The Montage Resort". Il servizio navetta gratuito del carrello durante i fine settimana e tutti i giorni durante l'estate si ferma alla fine della nostra strada al PCH e ti porterà ovunque a Laguna Beach.

    Abbiamo una cucina completa con elettrodomestici nuovi di zecca, frigorifero, una nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice, doccia e pavimenti in travertino e piano cucina in granito. Grandi spiagge sabbiose e scogliere, grotte, con body-surf, snorkeling, skim boarding, kayak e esplorazione della piscina di marea disponibili.

    Entro poche centinaia di metri dal Sentiero escursionistico Valido, uno dei principali sentieri escursionistici con vista mozzafiato sull'oceano di South Laguna Beach.

Wonderful experience of our rental

Jack the landlord has gone above and beyond fulfilling requests, and anything that arose. Comfortable, home away from home, located mid point of Laguna Beach and Dana Point in Orange County, California. If not for the rainy couple of weeks, we would have enjoyed the balcony with the outdoor furniture. We stayed for 43 days. Would go back to them in a heartbeat. Thank you Jack and Annette. You made our stay very pleasant.

The property is absolutely perfect! Everything is new and aesthetically pleasing. Cute beach vibes.

My experience was amazing! The property is quite spacious, the photos do not do it justice. There is AC which is a plus especially down by the beach, and although he doesn’t have any photos of the bathroom don’t be alarmed- the bathroom is beautiful! Walk in shower is nice and also newly remodeled, beautiful tile and definitely a pleasant surprise. Please stay here, it was everything I needed and Jack was great!!

Great place to spend your summer vacation!

The place is not big, but nice, clean and cozy. Less than 5 min walk to very scenic Table Rock beach, ocean view from a large deck. Jack is a great host, helping his guests with everything. For example, he very promptly replaced a washing machine that failed. I highly recommend Jack's property!

Perfect Location and Accomodations

I stayed at Jack's place for long weekend getaway with my friend and 3 teenage kids.. it was the perfect vacation. Jack was very accommodating with the reservation process. The apartment was perfect, even for 5 people. Kitchen was well stocked and furnishings were very comfortable. Washer and Dryer was a bonus. Outside patio was the best part of it - with nice views to the ocean and setting sun. There were beach towels, chairs and boogie boards available for use. The walk to Pacific Coast Highway (local route 1) was a little hike, but a very nice walk among beautiful overhanging trees and unique houses. I'd stay again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful place to stay in South Laguna

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time on our vacation to California, specifically in south Laguna beach. Jack has a wonderful vrbo property that has it all. We're were very pleased with all that it offered us, and will be booking it again in the future. Beach access is a short walk, and sooo worth it. Please stay at this wonderful property.

Lovely Cottage

This was my second stay at this Laguna Beach Cottage. Both times I have been very pleased with the cottage. The studio is quite spacious with a lovely ocean view which was great for watching the sunset. The place was clean, comfortable bed, water stocked in the fridge. The full kitchen was great for making meals in, although the Coyote Grill just down the hill on the PCH is a great place to eat. On my second stay, the cottage was not yet ready and I had to wait for housekeeping for several hours before I could get in, a very unpleasant and disappointing circumstance after having significant travel delays due to bad weather. I had to change my activity plans at the last minute which was a significant inconvenience- this was my only free day from work during my entire stay. The owner did refund that night though without my requesting this which doesn't give me the time back, but did make up for the inconvenience. . I highly recommend this cottage for your Laguna Beach getaway.

Great place, awesome view, walking distance to the beach

We stayed for a couple weeks in May and really enjoyed it. We even had children and it was comfortable and worked out great for us! It felt like we were in Hawaii with the hills, palm trees and the view. The kitchen is nice and upgraded and we loved that we had a washer and dryer and a walk-in closet. You'll love this place!

Laguna beach=tropical -cottage home

Our stay in this rental studio was great! very clean and comfortable, very good location as well. I liked the kitchen for our breakfast needs, much better than a hotel room. Everything worked just fine. It was just us 2 and we had plenty of space, we would recommend this VRBO to anyone looking to stay in South Laguna Beach! This unit does not have a air conditioning system and unfortunately for us it was the hottest week end of the summer, that was the only thing. But we did have fans which helped quite a bit. overall I was very impressed! Pictures are accurate. Thanks Jack!

Our visit at Jack's beach cottage was wonderful!!! View spectacular! Beaches were nearby and breathtaking! I only wish my kids could stay their age forever because a studio (granted huge900 sq foot studio) might not work next year with two teens and a seven year old. Thanks Jack for your helpful tips especially the places to eat! Although you should add Asada's just for their yummy house Sangria:)

Wonderful place to stay!!

My 2 sisters and I stayed at Jack's rental for 5 nights and it was just perfect for us! We each had our own bed, the full kitchen was great, and the washer and dryer came in very handy. We loved the ocean view from the deck. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great rental at a very affordable price.

Great Stay Again!

This is our second time staying here. It's a great place in a great location right off the PCH. We have everything we need in the studio and it is well taken care of. I'm sure we will return again. The owner,Jack, is very accomadating as well.

Very pleasant

My wife and I were comfortable while staying here for 4 nights in early February. The location was quiet, yet covenient to nearby attractions. The apartment nicely organized and reasonably well equipped for the needs of most vacation travelers. Our host was accessible and helpful in directing us. He was also very receptive to a few suggestions we made for some minor maintenance items that needed attention...such as a few more strategically placed floor lamps for better reading light and a few small kitchen items for light meal preparation. The bathroom and laundry room combination, while not something we are used to, worked out OK so is not a negative unless one prefers a more conventional arrangement that also includes a bathtub. The entertainment system was excellent and the queen size bed both clean and comfortable. A bedside clock radio would be a nice addition and perhaps a plug-in night light to help negotiate ones way to and from the bathroom over a tricky step down between the bed alcove and the kitchen path when "nature calls" in the middle of the night. We did enjoy our stay and would both return again and recommend it to others. Only the minor detail issues kept us from giving it an excellent rating. Otherwise,considering the area, it represents a fair value for price.

Lovely Studio

My teenage daughter and I rented the Laguna Studio for 6 days, and the studio was much bigger than anticipated. The studio had all the amenities that you could want/ask for and was tastefully decorated. We would highly recommend giving the place a chance and I'm sure you will not be disappointed. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Laguna Beach, fabulous place!

Summer Vacation

Overall the place was very nice, location was beautiful with a spectacular view of the ocean. For what we needed it for, it worked well however i think the sleeping arrangements for 2 Adults and 3 teenagers was a bit tight and offered no privacy. However the place was advertised a studio so we knew going in that this would be the case. My only complaint was the sound proofing between floors; we could hear very clearly the owners conversations and them walking around early in the morning when we were trying to sleep. Owners are very nice people and made you very welcome at their home. Thank You!

Absolutley marvelous!!!!

As for calling it a PERFECT getaway vaca rental that's to say the least. because when we arrived to this location it was everything PLUS way MORE then what we expected ;) The place had everything you could think of using as a necessity !!! this little vaca rental is perfect for 5. As for the location and the view it truley is nestled right in a perfect spot . As for coming back again...we plan on making it a yearly trip. The owners are great people as well,

Whats not to like?

The home was just as described. The property was very clean and comfortable. Beautiful views from the deck and inside from the kitchen table. It was nice to enjoy a meal watching the sun set. Although I am orginially from the area, I recommend Ti Amo Italian Restaurant for a nice romantic dinner that is within walking distance. Nice brisk walks are beautiful within the neighborhood. Near by Aliso Beach is a great place to relax with the family. My 7 year old Son and I were lucky enough to see many whales just off the shore during our visit. Looking forward to coming back.

Worked for our Family of 5

The accommodations were nice, as reflected in the photos. However, there was no off-street parking or DVD player. The owner allowed us to park in the driveway which helped since our vehicle is rather large. The bed for our 5th person was adequate since it was for our 8-year-old, but a teenager or adult would not have been able to sleep on that fold-out bed. The neighborhood is quaint and nice to walk through on the way to the beach. However, the beach is not good for children since it is quite a distance away and down a lot of stairs and there are drop-offs and an undertow. We instead drove to some of the other beaches that are nearby. The cottage met our needs and was what I expected for the price.

The tastefully furnished garage roof with an ocean view is better than any beach around. All neccesities are immediately at hand. After we tried various beaches, which were delightful, all of us decided that the best was right here. So, we named it "Jack's Beach." The apartment is furnished with taste and comfort. What is there that's not to like? (nothing). The bed is comfortable as are the other ammenities. We'll be back!

Awesome, Loved it!!!

Our Stay in Laguna Beach could not be more perfect. The house was everything he said it would be. It was great for the four of us. It was equipped with everything, even boogie boards for the kids. Quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Thalia Beach was the kids favorite. The kids got to surf at Thalia Beach. They received lessons from Ria at Laguna Surf Sport. The hiking trail at the end of the street was fun. Ti Amo Restorante and Coyote Grill were great. Albersons grocery is less than a mile away. Jack knew everything about the area. We will be back next year!!

Hawaii like setting, immaculate!

Our family of four stayed at this incredible spot for a 6 day vacation. It was withing walking distance to beautiful quiet beaches (great exercise), there was a free trolly that took us from the south to the north end of town with stops every few blocks making shoppong and sightseeing a breeze (runs all day until late at night). Fabulous restuarants within walking distance, ate at Coyote Grill and loved it. View of the ocean from the rental made sipping morning coffee feel like we were in paradise. Jack was great always offering info on the best beach spots and places to dine. Well equipped home with attention to detail. Comfortable beds were a plus. We will be back and are telling all our friends about our wonderful stay at Jacks.
