'On The Sand' con accesso alla spiaggia privata, questa casa sulla spiaggia completamente arredata con vista sull'oceano si trova nel cuore assoluto del Laguna Beach Village. A pochi passi da tutti i famosi ristoranti, gallerie d'arte, negozi e divertimenti, questo cottage offre il vero "stile di vita per le vacanze". La grande sala aperta e la nuovissima cucina gourmet si affacciano sull'oceano. Casa perfetta per intrattenere o rilassarsi sui ponti privati soleggiati. Due terrazze in pietra a schiera, camino esterno, vasca idromassaggio Jacuzzi, barbecue e tutti i mobili appena acquistati rendono questa casa sulla spiaggia davvero unica nel suo genere.

La casa offre un letto king size e un divano letto singolo (per 1 persona) nella master suite, un letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto principale secondaria, un letto a castello nella terza camera da letto. (C'è anche un soppalco ma che è accessibile solo tramite una scala lungo il muro. Pertanto, l'accessibilità al loft non andrebbe bene a tutti).

Had a wonderful week here. This is a very well supplied home from the kitchen, to bedding, towels and beach towels. Extremely clean inside and out. Plenty of seating outside, but not a lot of shade. One umbrella in the table outside. Bbq grill supplied with extra propane and the hot tub on the second level was great. We will be back.

This is a fabulous beachfront gem! My husband and I have stayed here since 2020 and we have made it an annual trip. We absolutely love this house, location and it’s the perfect beachfront getaway in Laguna Beach! We can’t wait for our visit in 2026!

Surf and Sand in Laguna

We had an amazing stay at this incredible cozy, tastefully restored beach house. Nestled in the heart of downtown Laguna Beach. If you like to eat, there are plenty of top notch restaurants within blocks from your door. We loved walking and taking in all the Art shops and boutique shopping on the PCH and Forest Ave. I would have to say that walking the beach every morning and late afternoon to watch the sunset, and relaxing on the scenic oceanfront view decks, listening to the waves crashing the beach was our highlight of the staycation. After being here for almost a month it’s a given that we will be booking this cozy beach home again for a month next year, and make it our VRBO home away from home. Angie and Lily always responded immediately and took care of anything and everything we asked for. The cleaning girls did an amazing job when we requested extra cleaning and were very accommodating. Overall it was a great holiday xx

Laguna Beach Cottage Gem

My husband and I had the most amazing time for the 6th year in a row and already booked our 2025 trip at this beachfront cottage. The home is perfect, cozy, clean, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and amazing balcony’s for laying out, relaxing or watching the sunset! This home is the perfect location right on the beach with unobstructed views and walking distance to downtown. I highly recommend as I do every year. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Great stay!

Location is incredible, the house sits further back than neighboring properties. The view from the porch is blocked by building on the left. Unfortunate but that seems to be the norm on California beaches . Would stay there again.

Beautiful Beach House in Laguna

This is a well appointed beach house in the heart of Laguna Beach. Two beautiful bedrooms - one with a King; another with a Queen. The areas with bunk beds is a bit small - would be best for smaller children. Can’t beat the location.

Stunning Beach House in the heart of Laguna Beach!

This beach house is just amazing! My husband and I have rented this house every year and sometimes multiple times a year since 2020. We just finished our annual week here and we are already planning our 2023 stay. This property is beautiful and has a warm and relaxing feeling. It is located right on the beach with amazing unobstructed views of the water and beach. You can watch the waves and surfers from the top balcony. It’s just breathtaking and so relaxing. The beds are extremely comfortable and the property is exquisitely clean. The kitchen is fully stocked and they have a grill on the outside patio if you want to grill at home and watch the sunset. It is located in the heart of Laguna but far enough away from the crowds. It’s very quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. You can walk into town each day and night for lunch, shopping, dinner, festivals and entertainment. This is one of our favorite rentals and we look forward to 2023!

Beautiful Luxury Beachfront Property in the Heart of Laguna Beach

This is our third year to rent this home and it was again FABULOUS!!! We have made this home part of our summer family tradition and we look forward to next year! The location is amazing, amenities great, the home is beautiful, you can hear the waves and watch the ocean from 4 different balconies. The property managers are excellent as well. Substantially Overpriced -

Getting a postage size piece of ocean front is costly in California but meeting other rental neighbors next door and within a block confirmed this property is definitely out of line. And only 1 key! NOT a sleep 8 house!! 2 beds -1 K & 1 Q (soft bed so back issues):-& hot tub is a chlorine dunk tank, not a deal breaker but if important - fyi. House was great but could have hit 5 star if it was $10k less but too many layers of mgmt

Perfect for our family

The Laguna Beach house was perfect for our family. It is a hidden gem. A wonderfully renovated original Laguna Beach cottage. The four terraces are perfect for spreading out and watching the daily surf lessons. Very clean, tons of towels, bath and beach, great washer and dryer. Kitchen has everything you need. Beautifully decorated. Enjoyed the fireplace. Location is amazing. Everything close by and trolley super convenient.

FABULOUS LOCATION AND BEAUTIFUL HOME

It’s like waiting up to a dream every day. This home captures the essence of a coastline dreamscape from the moment you walk into the door. The ripples that crashes on the sand right in front of your eyes is breathtaking. Plus the walk to nearby shops and restaurants are unbeatable!!! The multi-level decks made it great for the teens to have personal space but being together at the same time. Outstanding property!!!!!!
