“I'm sorry to say but be careful booking here. They did not honor our Expedia reservation and turned us away. We Just flew in and drove from San Jose then had to find another place. Everyone was booked and drove 30 min out of town to find another place. Then Expedia tried to contact them to obtain the refund and they are not communicating with Expedia and now Expedia is not refunding me. ”

“Nothing about this stay was acceptable. If I could give less than one star, I would. 1. No hot water in the unit. 2. Kitchen was infested with ants and effectively unusable, forcing us to eat out. 3. Curtain rail in the bedroom was held together with duct tape and eventually fell down onto my children. 4.Beds were misrepresented in the listing. It advertised one King and two Queens; in reality, it was one Queen and two Double beds. 5. Only two towels were provided for four people....

“We were not able to get in the Goedome because heavy rain had affected the interior a little. Instead, Carlos upgraded us to one of his beautiful 2 bed 3 bath homes. It was perfect and had a pool. We would definitely stay there anytime. Also everyone was so friendly”

“We absolutely LOVED this house. This house has the BEST view of all of Jaco. The house was nice, clean, big, and a quick walk or golf cart ride to the beach. We did not want to leave. There is foot traffic below where people walk up Miro Mountain , and we enjoyed splashing the hot people below from the pool, and watching the macaws fly over. Most people walking past said “wow! Look at that house!” It’s totally worth it for the pool/view/and Matthew. Matthew is so awesome! He was so helpful in...
